Position: Sales Consultant
Location: Brea, CA
Duration: Contract to Hire or Direct Hire
Knowledge/Skills required
Description:
• Creating new business opportunities through cold calling
• Assume responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts
• Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through closing. Driving new business opportunities through the entire sales cycle
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Developing sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration
• Working with our internal delivery team to close and support business
• Develop, create, qualify, and manage sales opportunities through personal contacts, using sales tools, utilizing existing leads and adequate planning
• Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns
• Proven ability to manage sales cycle with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Required Industry Knowledge:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in cold calling in IT consulting environment
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the IT industry.
Required Soft Skills:
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to meet Quarterly/annual sales targets
• Highly Motivated Individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to mentor and train junior sales team members
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to evaluate market trends to identify business opportunities
