PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Rates:
 BLOCK HOURS
Blocks of 40 hours @ $135.00 per hour
MANAGED SERVICE CUSTOMERS
Per hour rate with Managed Services contract is @
$155.00 per hour
STANDARD BILL RATE
Per hour rate is @ $175.00 per hour
NOTES
All onsite services require a two hour minimum
Travel time will be billed in excess of 25 miles from
our Dispatch Office (Brea, Ca)
All remote services will be deducted at full hour
increments
CONSULTING SERVICES
IT consulting services will be billed at $175.00 / per hour at 4 hour block minimum. Services included but
not limited to:
Analysis and design
Administration Assistance or tutorial
Project Scope and Administration
General Q&A
MANAGED SERVICES
OPERATING HOURS
24x7 Server Monitoring and Alerting
6:00 am to 5:00 pm PST Limited Helpdesk Support
(3 calls per incident w/ unlimited incidents)
6:00 am to 5:00 pm PST Remote Service and Support SLA

SERVERS ONLY
Bill Type: Monthly recurring dues
$268.00 per server for < 10 servers
$201.00 per server for > 10 servers
WORKSTATION
Bill Type: Monthly recurring dues
$70.00 per workstation for < 50 users
$52.50 per workstation for > 50 users
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Time for project management will be billed at $90 / hour
